Rajamanggala University Technology Krungthep, Tahiland and Universtas PGRI Yogyakarta, Indonesia agree to cooperate on academic programs based on the principles of equality and reciprocity, fairness and voluntariness, as well as honesty and faithfulness, and to abide by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and of the kingdom of Tahiland

This MOU aims at reaching mutual understanding and promoting scholar and student exchanges, and sharing of academic information and material. Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta and Rajamanggala University Technology Krungthep, Tahiland agree to establish formal communicative and cooperative relations and agree on the following items:

  1. Both Universities agree to promote the following exchange programs based on their respective academic and educational needs.
  2. Joint research activities and academic programs;
  3. Exchange of faculty members for the development of both parties;
  4. Exchange of undergraduate and postgraduate students for short course programs and share learning program;
  5. Joint collaboration in organizing symposium or conferences; and
  6. Joint collaboration in publication
  7. Otheer international cooperative and exchange programs that may be agreed upon by both universities.
  8. Joint collaboration in visiting professor.
  9. The implementation of each program of this MOU shall be negotiated and determined by both universities. For issues not stipulated in the MOU, the universities may signed a supplemental agreement (annex), ehich then would form a part of this MOU.
  10. The full autonomy of either party shall not be diminished, nor shall any contains be imposed on carrying out this MOU.
  11. This MOU shall be in force for four years, and shall be subject to revision or extension by mutual agreement. This MOU may be termionated by either university by written notice of no less than six months prior to desired termination date.
  12. This MOU is written in English, and shall come into effect from the last date of signing. Each university shall retain one copy with both signatures.
